Over the past few years, I have transitioned out of Personal Training, and into Health & Fitness Coaching to help people in their 30’s and 40’s get their body’s out of a Catabolic state (Breakdown) and into an Anabolic (Building) state.

While each woman’s needs are v e ry different, it is easy to optimize their routine with small tweaks so they can workout smarter vs. harder, and experience more contentment with their body.

YES, a Movement practice is essential for a strong and healthy body. After 15 years in fitness I can confidently say that a Movement practice is essential. While I do believe the style of Movement must change with different seasons of life, I will save that article for next time.

So, when I help my clients Optimize their body for improved fat burning, better digestion, and an overall leaner physique, the end goal is looping any catabolic breakdown behaviours into anabolic building behaviours. This allows people to feel like they have a sense of grounding, without turning their routines and lives upside down into an unfamiliar and un-trusting way of being.
Once client begin to see and feel that this is actually what their body needs, their contentment rises, dopamine rises, and if they want to continue health & fitness coaching with me, we dive into the next layer of increasing natural feel-good neurotransmitters such as serotonin and oxytocin.
Clients usually find when they get to this place, healthy and fitness becomes less about sets, reps, and number of workouts and more about vitality, vibrations, and freedom.
