Asma is such a great trainer, she make sure I stay on top of my exercise and provides her expertise to solve my pain for my injuries. Knowing that I have a sensitive schedule, she's super understanding and flexible about adjust times and booking ahead. Highly recommend her for your fitness needs!

I injured myself in my upper back/chest area over 7 years ago. Nobody seems to be able to properly diagnose this pain issue and I have tried all sorts of treatment options out there. I have been seeing Asma since April and her fascial stretching and strengthening exercises are finally making the difference I've been looking for. Asma is not only professional and transparent, she also uses a holistic and personal approach. I am grateful for all her care and can definitely recommend AK.

Axel, (a member of Asma's) team is absolutely exceptional with the level of care he displays. I was hit by a vehicle in 2018 & have been ongoing rehab with Axel for almost 2 yrs now. What can I say? This is one of the best clinics I've ever attended. Axel's level of care for the client is astronomical. Would I ever consider another active rehab - never!

FST with Jessica has been a very positive experience and a great addition to my everyday life. Her knowledge and expertise of how the body should move has increased my mobility and my pain has lessened. I have recently got back into regular exercise and am much more aware of what I am doing and how to do it correctly.
