A 60 minute in-person Fascial Stretch Therapy session.
Mobility / Fitness / Health Coaching
Attention will be focused on areas of highest priority and most impact.
Designing a Plan and Priorities
This is a simple, co-creative, and professionally guided process that sets you up for SUCCESS.
Accountability & Progress
When working with the Nervous System and Fascial System, there has to be space in the plan. Therefore, accountability is in the form of discussion.
10 week Stretch Therapy Program:
- Finding the root(s) of your Pain/Injury/Tension
- A doable and focused Movement Routine to help create lasting change in the tissues.
- 3 holistic, lifestyle behaviours to incorporate to vastly help you progress.
- 5 x 60 minute in-person Fascial Stretch Therapy sessions
- 2 x 30 minute online check-in sessions
- Access to online membership site containing exercises, nutrition tips, health coaching, educations, guest speakers, meditations, and much more.
