Hello dear soul! I hope this finds you well. After taking time away from group programs, and working on the marketing side of fitness, I feel a strong pull to return - particularly in support of women's health and fitness. Having access to so much information can leave us in a state of uncertainty, overwhelm and inaction. The goal of this program is to deepen with our body and self farther than what can be achieved in a traditional fitness-type mindset. Let's sit with the deep parts, mobilize, lubricate, clear and optimize health, vibrance, lymph, and much more. After all, strength and wellness is dictated by the vitality available in our body. If you are ready for a shift, this program (half live on zoom / half self) offers supportive structure for physical recalibration and cultivating strength from the inside out.

This is for you if you crave structure without burnout, you've done the consistent training thing, you know your routine could use a little shake-up, you know strength is built through deeper recovery vs. constant output, you’re ready to dismantle some traditional industry beliefs and want to strengthen in a way that better supports your hormones, physique, and energy.

The approach

These 8-weeks are designed to give your body the best of both worlds. Part 1: Tissue restoration, mobilization, and recalibration through deep stretches and breath. Followed by Part 2: 30-day Squat challenge (done at your own time daily).

Each phase is meant to expand you out of your body's known range of comfort while helping you improve cellular health and build physical and mental resilience.

PART 1: RECALIBRATION - LIVE ONLINE SESSIONS

A 4-week phase focused on myofascial release, joint mobility, and nervous system regulation.

This is where your body:

  • releases tension
  • restores hydration
  • improves digestion and energy
  • reconnects to proper movement patterns

PART 2: SQUAT CHALLENGE

A 30-day squat program done at your own time; designed to build strength, consistency, and connection to your lower body.

This is where you:

  • build glute strength
  • improve squat mechanics
  • create daily structure
  • regain momentum

One of the most empowering and helpful programs if you need a pick-me-up!

All levels. Intermediate & advanced encouraged to use booty bands.

Variations: Hip thrusts / Glute bridges
