My #3 Top Fitness Tip Whether your goal is Weight Loss, Strength, Mobility, Flexibility

Whether your fitness goals are weight loss, improvements in strength, improvements in flexibility and mobility or IMPROVEMENTS IN LIFE IN GENERAL. We all go through hard spots in life but you have to pick yourself back up.

IGNITE YOUR FIRE AND KEEP THAT SH*T ALIVE EVERY. SINGLE. DAY

Because

THERE IS NO PROGRESS WITHOUT CONSISTENCY.

I’m not talking beast mode for a week or two, or 3, then go on vacation to take time off, or get on the scale and get discouraged.

If you want to change the way you look or feel – LIKE SERIOUSLY, you need to stop wasting energy on beating yourself up or self sabotaging and IGNITE THAT FIRE WITHIN YOU.

With that being said ladies, this 1.5 minute video I did helped ease my frustrations when I don’t want to exercise.

People be like, “You’re so into fitness, it’s easy for you.” Not at all, I have days I want to crawl into a hole too, I just don’t give myself the option to fail. It’s a 100% non-negotiable time in my schedule. It’s my therapy.

So whatever the list of excuses may be in our heads – Injuries can be rehabbed, time can be carved out and money can be budgeted. Oh, I also don’t care if it’s taco Tuesday, this is actually an excuse I’ve heard before for missing workouts. At that point, you’ve begun to self sabotage.

Make your health a priority. It’s not selfish, it’s your health. Think about not today, not tomorrow, but 10 and 20 years from now. How is that going to look? 

Misery likes company my friends. Don’t be the company. Not today, not tomorrow, not ever.

Once again, IGNITE THAT FIRE every day until it’s so lit people will be like, “Whaaaaa happened to you?!”

Remember our BODY loves change. Our mind… not so much.The mind will always want us to stay in a comfortable, familiar, place. It’s a protective thing. In this case, we need to branch out to make NEW neuromuscular connections and allow our mind and body to reach new possibilities
